Job summary

Vocative Consulting is recruiting an IT Programme Manager for a well-established not-for-profit organisation. Based in Taunton with hybrid working (3 days on site), you will lead major IT and business change programmes and ensure delivery translates into better experiences for the people the organisation supports.

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering IT software project implementations.
Experience with system configuration projects and business change.
Ability to manage a matrix team and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

Own the delivery of the IT programme and portfolio underpinning the organisation's strategy.
Lead process mapping and requirements gathering with business experts.
Manage design and technical issue resolution with project teams and end users.
Ensure new systems integrate smoothly with existing processes, minimising disruption.
Foster a service-focused culture within IT and the wider business.
Coach and develop direct reports, including performance and PDRs.
Set and maintain project governance standards and continuous improvement.
