Job summary

Trusted Technology Partnership in Ringwood, Hampshire, offers a hybrid Project Support and Change Manager role. You will lead a team of Project Coordinators delivering administrative support across projects, managing standard changes from scoping to closure.

You will chair CABs, coordinate resources, ensure accurate reporting, and maintain service quality while fostering customer satisfaction. 37.5 hours weekly, salary up to £35,000 plus benefits and profit share.

Qualifications

• Experience managing an administrative or coordination team.
• Strong administrative skills with high accuracy.
• Highly organised with good prioritisation and time management.
• Experience coordinating customer requests from enquiry to delivery.
• Chairing meetings such as CABs or similar stakeholder meetings.
• Commercial awareness with experience creating quotations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Project Coordination team day-to-day to ensure quality admin support.
• Maintain accurate reporting, resource coordination and records across projects.
• Oversee customer standard changes from request to implementation and closure.
• Chair Change Advisory Board meetings and assess impact and risk.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure on-time, quality delivery and satisfaction.
