Komplex Care Limited is seeking a Team Leader to join our nurse-led, home-based care team in Exeter. You will coordinate daily caregiving for a client, ensuring safety, dignity and personalised support in the home environment.

The role involves supervising care delivery, supporting a client with limited mobility, medication administration and personal care, and working with a dedicated Operations Manager and Registered Nurse to maintain continuity of high-quality care.

Qualifikationen

• Qualifications: Level 2 or 3 NVQ/QCF in health care is desirable.

Job Title: Team Leader

Location: Drewsteignton, Exeter

Pay rate: £15.93 per hour

Working Hours: 36 hours per week / two 12-hour shifts & two 6-hour days for admin
