Job summary

Komplex Care Limited is hiring care professionals to empower people with complex needs to lead enriched, independent lives at home. You will provide personal care and support to adults and children, ensuring dignity, safety and continuity of care in the client’s own environment.

The role offers structured training, ongoing support, and clear career development paths. Pay is £15.93 per hour, 36 hours per week, with two 12‑hour shifts and two 6‑hour admin days.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or 3 NVQ/QCF in health care is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities while ensuring safety and dignity.
• Support may include mobility, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
