Job summary

Komplex Care Limited seeks a Team Leader to join our nurse-led, client-centred home care service in Exeter. You will support a client with complex needs, coordinating care and administering medications while guiding a team to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.

The role offers 36 hours per week, two 12-hour shifts and two 6-hour admin days, with pay at £15.93 per hour. UK work authorisation is required to progress applications.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or 3 NVQ/QCF in health care is desirable.
• Applicants must hold existing UK work authorisation.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support to a client with complex needs.
• Coordinate care and supervise team to ensure high-quality, compassionate care.
• Assist with medication administration and personal care duties.
