Komplex Care Limited seeks a dedicated Team Leader to manage in-home care for a client, ensuring safety, continuity, and dignity. You will coordinate with healthcare professionals and oversee care delivery on a 36-hour week schedule.

The role requires a valid UK work authorisation and involves supervising staff, administering medications, and supporting daily living activities. Training and career development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or 3 NVQ/QCF in health care is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support to a client in their home.
• Coordinate with the client's Operations Manager and Registered Nurse.
• Administer medications as directed by care plan.
• Assist with personal care and mobility as needed.
