Komplex Care Limited in the UK is seeking a Team Leader to oversee one-to-one care in clients' homes, coordinating support with clinicians and the operations team.

You will supervise care staff, ensure high-quality, person-centred care, and monitor care plans while working a 36-hour week on a two-shift pattern.

Applicants must have UK work authorization; Level 2/3 NVQ/QCF in health care is desirable. The role offers opportunities for career progression and ongoing training.
