Job summary

Komplex Care Limited is seeking a Team Leader to oversee in-home care for a client with complex needs in Drewsteignton, Exeter. The role offers 36 hours per week across two 12-hour shifts and two 6-hour admin days, with a pay rate of £15.93 per hour.

Applicants must have existing UK work authorisation; training, ongoing support, and career development are provided by a nurse-led, person-centred team delivering high-quality home care.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or 3 NVQ/QCF in health care is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and support to a client in the client’s home.
• Administer medications as prescribed and monitor health needs.
• Assist with personal care and daily living activities as required.
