Job summary

David Kennedy Recruitment is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for an AI-focused, global role. You will work with the CEO and leaders to recruit internationally across functions, prioritising tech talent and building an AI-first recruitment stack.

This is a remote, B2B contract with a focus on passive sourcing, employer branding, and shaping the TA function as the company scales beyond 100 employees.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, including 2+ years in tech recruitment.
• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment.
• Global sourcing experience with a track record of engaging talent from major hubs.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Fluent English with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ownership mindset with proactive, results-driven approach.
• Comfortable hiring for products built on uncensored models and NSFW content.

Responsibilities

• Map and engage top global tech talent, including passive candidates.
• Help implement an AI-first recruitment stack and sourcing strategies.
• Build long-term relationships with passive talent worldwide.
• Own the candidate journey from discovery call to close.
• Conduct structured interviews assessing technical aptitude and culture fit.
• Test new AI tools and sourcing approaches to maintain high quality.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract AI talent.
