David Kennedy Recruitment is partnering with a fast-growing AI technology company to onboard a Talent Acquisition Specialist. You will be the third TA Specialist, partnering with the CEO to recruit internationally across all functions with a focus on tech, as the company grows beyond 100 employees.

This fully remote, B2B contracted role offers a competitive remuneration package and a chance to shape the recruitment function at a defining growth stage, including testing AI tools and contributing

Formación

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in tech recruitment.
• Experience in start-up or scale-up environments.
• Global sourcing experience across major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.).
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Fluent English with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Goal-oriented with ownership and a doer mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Map and engage top talent globally, including passive candidates.
• Help implement an AI-first recruitment stack and unconventional sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with passive talent worldwide.
• Own the candidate journey from discovery to close.
• Conduct structured interviews assessing technical aptitude and cultural fit.
• Test new AI tools and sourcing strategies to maintain high quality.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and content.
