Job summary

David Kennedy Recruitment partners with a fast-growing AI technology company to onboard a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role is remote, global, and the third recruiter in the team, reporting to the CEO and leaders to hire across all functions with emphasis on tech.

You will own the candidate journey, build relationships with passive talent worldwide, implement an AI-first recruitment stack, and contribute to employer branding as the company scales beyond 100 employees.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in tech recruitment.
• Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment.
• Global sourcing experience with a track record of attracting talent from major tech hubs.

Responsibilities

• Map and engage top talent from Tier 1 tech hubs worldwide.
• Help implement an AI-first recruitment stack and unconventional channels to find talent.
• Build long-term relationships with passive talent globally.
• Own the candidate journey from discovery to close.
• Conduct structured interviews assessing technical aptitude and culture fit.
• Test new AI tools and sourcing strategies.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives.
