Jobgether is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support rapid growth. You will own end-to-end recruitment, focusing on technical IT roles, across global markets while operating in a fully remote setup.

You will partner with hiring managers to define needs, build sourcing strategies, and manage candidate experiences from sourcing through onboarding. Strong English, high organization, and autonomy are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading full-cycle recruitment and talent pipeline management.
• Background recruiting for technology/IT roles is highly desirable.
• Proven use of modern recruiting platforms and networks to source candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Proactively source and engage qualified IT talent via networks and job boards.
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines and move passive prospects to active candidates.
• Conduct initial structured interviews assessing qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interview processes and onboarding activities.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine role requirements and sourcing.
