Job summary

AKT Global is seeking an experienced consultant to work remotely with European clients on SmartRecruiters implementations. You will design configurations for job requisitions, candidate pipelines, career sites and reporting, while guiding customers on UX and branding.

You will lead technical discussions, prepare process documents, and coordinate with project teams to ensure successful delivery across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with Talent Acquisition technologies and HRIS/HRIT systems.
• Experience with SmartRecruiters or other leading ATS like Greenhouse/iCIMS/Workday Recruiting.
• High proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design and technical activities across full project implementation lifecycle of the SmartRecruiters platform.
• Design technical solutions including job requisitions, candidate pipelines, career site, and reporting.
• Provide guidance on career site design, branding, and UX best practices.
• Run process discussions and advise customers on recruiting and talent acquisition best practices.
• Prepare technical documents, process flows, and test scenarios.
• Act as first line of contact for technical/solution topics.
• Define requirements for reports, dashboards, and integrations with HRIS, job boards, and sourcing channels.
• Coordinate with technical teams and project managers to ensure seamless implementation.
• Support data migration and change management ahead of go-live.
• Track progress of the technical build and report to project managers.
