Bright Horizons Family Solutions, LLC. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is remote with occasional travel to Bright Horizons nurseries and offices in the UK, with our HO in Northampton.

This role is to deliver an end-to-end recruitment service for our operational nursery setting roles in a designated region. Working in partnership with the operational and wider Talent Acquisition teams to hire the greatest talent potential for Bright Horizons, you will ensure that recruitment is strategically focused, while delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience by driving effective stakeholder relationships. The focus is on strategic direct resourcing, talent pipelining and driving employer brand awareness as well as managing the end-to-end resourcing process from brief to attraction to onboarding.
