Job summary

Morson Talent is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join a busy team on a contract basis. The role is mostly remote with occasional travel to client sites in Manchester and Stockport, and supports the full recruitment lifecycle from posting roles to onboarding.

The ideal candidate has recruitment or HR admin experience, strong communication, and excellent organisational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ATS systems are desirable, and the role requires

Qualifications

• Recruitment, talent acquisition or HR administration experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with applicant tracking systems or HR databases is desirable.
• Proactive, professional approach with ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy approvals to onboarding handover.
• Publish and update job advertisements across channels.
• Schedule interviews and assessments with candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare interview invites, schedules and candidate information.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ATS data.
• Provide regular candidate updates and interview feedback.
• Act as first point of contact for queries and escalate complex issues.
• Assist with offers and pre-employment checks in line with procedures.
• Manage multiple vacancies and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Support high-volume recruitment campaigns and recruitment events.
