Job summary

Hantec Markets is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our London HQ. Ideal for someone early in their recruitment career, you will work with the Global HR Manager to attract and hire talent across FX, CFD, and prop trading in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You will source candidates, screen, coordinate interviews across time zones, and contribute to employer branding while learning the ropes of global recruitment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recruitment or resourcing experience or strong interest in talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR to support end-to-end recruitment across global offices.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates via LinkedIn and job boards.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial pre-screening to assess suitability.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate candidates across time zones.
• Maintain candidate pipelines in the ATS.
• Support employer branding through LinkedIn campaigns and events.
• Provide exceptional candidate experience from first contact to onboarding.
• Understand Hantec’s business lines to represent the brand to candidates.
• Assist with reporting and recruitment metrics.
