Job summary

Kier Infrastructure is seeking a Supplier Relationship Manager to lead our supplier engagement across nationwide remote and hybrid work arrangements. You will develop and implement our SRM framework, segment and manage strategic suppliers, and ensure delivery performance aligns with project needs.

You will build and coach the SRM team, collaborate with procurement, commercial, operations and projects, and drive ethical governance, social value and responsible sourcing outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading supplier relationship management in procurement or supply chain.
• Ability to align supplier activity with business needs and project delivery.
• Strong communication, influencing skills and stakeholder management.
