Job summary

The Association is seeking a Supplier Relationship Manager to oversee the full supplier lifecycle—from research to contract delivery and renewals—and to influence global consistency. You will report to the Senior Director - Strategic Supplier Relationships and operate on a hybrid schedule with weekly in-office meetings.

You will optimise the IT procurement programme, align practices with budget, and drive compliant vendor management across teams, collaborating with IT leadership to deliver value

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a vendor support, procurement or administrative role.
• Familiarity with financial reporting and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with suppliers to foster collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the contract lifecycle, including drafting, execution, and renewals, and lead negotiations for favourable terms.
• Monitor supplier performance and initiate corrective actions where gaps are identified.
• Provide analytical and financial data to IT leadership for Business Case reviews and project demand requests.
• Centralize the IT supplier segmentation process.
• Collaborate with the team to manage vendor processes and ensure procurement workflow compliance.
• Understand supplier services and act as internal advocate to ensure mutual success.
• Ensure regulatory, security, and ESG compliance, including audit readiness (SOC reports).
• Manage supplier budgets, track spend against forecasts, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
