• Master's degree or PhD in a related earth science field.
• 15+ years in upstream oil and gas with leadership experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary subsurface teams.
• Strong risk management and decision frameworks.
• Remote/international team experience.
• Proficiency with subsurface software.

Responsabilidades

• Lead geological, geophysical, and reservoir engineering teams.
• Develop and implement subsurface exploration and development strategy.
• Evaluate exploration acreage and generate new business opportunities.
• Ensure quality of subsurface interpretations, models, and resource estimates.
• Drive integrated subsurface characterization and monitoring of producing assets.
• Provide technical oversight for field development planning and execution.
• Manage subsurface budgets and resources.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
• Represent subsurface in executive meetings and with external stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop talent within subsurface disciplines.
