Job summary

Harbour Energy seeks a Senior Subsurface Lead to steer technical delivery across petrophysics, geomechanics and operational geology for offshore projects in the Zama, Kan and Block 30 portfolio. You will optimize well planning, pore pressure and formation evaluation to support safe, efficient execution.

With 12+ years in E&P, you will guide real-time monitoring, data quality and cross-disciplinary collaboration while ensuring regulatory compliance and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• More than 12 years of experience in the E&P industry across petrophysics or geomechanics with operational geology exposure.
• Experience supporting offshore well operations through real-time petrophysical and geological monitoring.
• Delivery of specialist subsurface inputs to offshore development projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of the Subsurface Support team covering petrophysics, operational geology and geomechanics.
• Accountable for optimisation of geological operations and formation evaluation to support Harbour Energy drilling and well intervention projects.
• Lead operational geology coverage for drilling campaigns, including well objectives and real-time data interface for decision making.
• Manage post-well evaluations and lessons learned for Zama, Kan and Block 30 projects.
