Job summary

Sapphire Utility Solutions, part of the Lanes Group, is recruiting for a Streetworks Compliance role. The position is remote with occasional travel to Leyland Office, offering a 40-hour week and a salary of £26,500 per annum.

The successful candidate will support permits, notices, inspections, and compliance requirements, liaise with local authorities, and help deliver safe infrastructure services. 12-month fixed-term contract with opportunities for training and progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy administrative, customer service or operational support environment.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
• Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software.
• Able to manage workloads and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with different teams.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations on all FPNs to identify root causes and trends.
• Utilise in-house systems including INS, Big Change & Street Manager.
• Collaborate with operations to share failures and implement process improvements.
• Provide training for new employees and refreshers on street work management.
• Identify initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
