Job summary

FutureSearch is a seed-stage startup seeking a Director of Partnerships to source and close high-stakes deals with top organizations and individuals in AI research and industry. You will manage strategic partnerships with frontier AI labs, data providers, investors, grantors, and customers, working closely with the CEO and VP of Research to scale growth.

The role requires a strong technical background, a proven history of 6+ figure deals, and exceptional contract negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Requires strong technical background and a proven track record closing high-value deals (6+ figures).
• Experience in contract negotiation and building strategic partnerships in AI research or industry.

Responsibilities

• Source and close partnerships with technology/data providers, investors, grantors, and customers.
• Collaborate with VP of Research and CEO to shape and execute partnership strategy.
• Travel to meet partners regularly, with focus on London as a hub, and international engagement as needed.
