Job summary

Reflection seeks a strategic leader to structure and close region‑scale AI infrastructure engagements with governments, enterprises, and conglomerates. You will drive executive engagement, shape business models, and align technical capability with credible value propositions.

You will partner with chairs and CEOs, navigate federated organizations, and lead negotiations across infrastructure, deployment, and expansion, ensuring long‑term partnerships and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Track record of creating, shaping, and closing complex, long‑term deals.
• Executive presence and strong communication with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate federated organizations and multiple decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end engagements from vision to deployment and expansion.
• Build trusted relationships with boards, C‑Suite, and technical teams.
• Navigate complex enterprise structures to align authority, budget, data, and infra.
• Translate AI/ML offerings into strategic and financial outcomes.
