FutureSearch seeks a Director of Strategic Projects to identify and lead high-impact initiatives, owning delivery from scope to outcomes. You will operate in a small, pragmatic team, coordinating with the CEO and Chief of Staff, shaping projects that typically span 1–4 weeks.

The role is fully remote with travel to London, SF and Berlin as needed, and offers high equity for a seed-stage startup. Flexible hours include US–Europe overlap.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading ambitious projects in a small team.
• Ability to lead an effort without being the manager of people.
• Strong stakeholder management and alignment across functions.
