Instant Impact in London is seeking a Partnership Director to own and grow a portfolio of talent partnerships on a fractional basis. You will drive client success, commercial growth and lead embedded teams across multiple client sites.

In this senior role, you will shape how we add value beyond traditional RPO, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and champion an AI-first approach to remove blockers and raise standards.

Formación

• Experience leading a portfolio of client accounts or partnerships in professional services.
• Strong commercial instincts with track record of growing accounts and forecasting.
• Experience coaching and developing teams.
• Credibility with senior stakeholders and willingness to challenge the status quo.
• The candidate demonstrates an AI-first mindset and practical automation experience.
• Excellent organisation and time management across multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Portfolio leadership: Own four to six partnerships on a fractional basis.
• Senior client credibility: Build trust with senior stakeholders quickly.
• Commercial ownership: Manage forecasting, renewals, upsell, resell and renegotiation.
• Growth: Identify opportunities and build business cases for new revenue streams.
• Team leadership: Lead Talent Acquisition Managers and Leads embedded with clients.
• Innovation and change: Champion AI-first approaches and data-driven improvements.
• Problem-solving: Troubleshoot complex issues with calm, clear thinking.
