Job summary

Priory Group is seeking a Learning and Organisational Development Business Partner to shape and lead our leadership development offer. You’ll partner with leaders across the organisation to translate needs into leadership, coaching and mentoring solutions.

This strategic L&OD role will shape the approach to leadership development, manage the Leadership Development Specialist and L&OD Coordinator, and oversee Priory’s ILM qualification centre, ensuring quality and accreditation.

Qualifications

• Evidence of coaching qualifications (ILM 5++, EMCC or ICF) with practical coaching experience.
• IQA/Lead IQA qualification or willingness to pursue one; experience within an ILM/CMI centre.
• Strong knowledge of coaching and mentoring best practice; experience building an internal coaching community.
• Experience designing and delivering leadership development programmes; able to partner with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Priory’s leadership development offers and programmes.
• Partner with leaders and HR to translate needs into development solutions.
• Lead Priory’s coaching strategy and develop an internal coaching community.
• Oversee Priory’s ILM qualification centre ensuring quality and accreditation.
• Use data and insights to evaluate impact and continually improve approaches.
• Manage the Leadership Development Specialist and L&OD Coordinator; support delivery of activities.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and contribute to the overall L&OD strategy across Priory.
