Job summary

Priory is seeking a Leadership Development Trainer to join our Organisational Development team. This remote role involves designing, delivering and assessing leadership learning, including ILM qualifications, across managers and leaders at all levels.

You’ll design programmes, tutor and assess, run engaging workshops and blended sessions, and support senior leadership development with psychometric profiling. Occasional UK travel is expected.

Qualifications

• A recognised teaching or training qualification (e.g., PGCE, Level 3 Education and Training) alongside an assessor qualification.
• Level 5+ qualification in Leadership and Management (ILM/CMI).
• Experience designing and delivering leadership and management development programmes across levels.
• Experience tutoring and assessing ILM or CMI-accredited qualifications with knowledge of awarding body requirements.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, engaging diverse audiences.
• Experience creating engaging learning content using PowerPoint and Canva.
• Experience delivering workshops, webinars and blended learning, virtually and face-to-face.
• Willingness to work toward an IQA qualification if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver programmes including the Priory Leadership Programme and ILM-accredited qualifications in leadership, coaching and mentoring.
• Act as a tutor and assessor, supporting learners and providing constructive feedback to help them progress.
• Create and deliver engaging workshops, webinars and blended learning covering leadership, people management and coaching.
• Support the REACH Leadership Programme and deliver tailored development activity for Senior Leadership Teams, including psychometric profiling and team-building sessions.
• Deliver learning virtually and face-to-face across Priory, with occasional travel to sites across the UK, including some overnight stays.
• Evaluate learning, gather feedback and continually improve our leadership development offer.
• Assist quality assurance and standardisation, including IQA activity and awarding body requirements.
• Keep up to date with leadership, management and learning best practice, bringing new ideas into our programmes.
