Job summary

Priory Group is seeking a Leadership Development Trainer to join our Organisational Development team. This remote role supports leadership capability across Priory, delivering ILM qualifications, workshops and psychometric profiling for managers and leaders at all levels.

You will design, deliver and assess leadership development programmes, act as tutor and assessor, and contribute to continuous improvement of our learning offer across the UK.

Qualifications

• Qualified trainer with PGCE or Level 3 Education and Training and an assessor qualification.
• Level 5+ Leadership and Management qualification (ILM/CMI).
• Experience designing and delivering leadership and management programmes across levels.
• Experience tutoring ILM/CMI qualifications and knowledge of awarding body requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver Priory’s leadership development programmes including ILM qualifications.
• Act as tutor and assessor, guiding learners and giving constructive feedback.
• Create engaging workshops, webinars and blended learning on leadership and people management.
• Deliver learning virtually and face-to-face across the UK, with occasional travel and overnight stays.
• Evaluate learning outcomes and contribute to quality assurance and programme improvements.
