Job summary

DWF is seeking a Business Analyst to drive technology and business change initiatives, delivering projects that enhance systems, processes, and client experience. You will work with senior stakeholders, legal teams, and technology specialists to improve efficiency and support growth.

The role is predominately remote with occasional travel to London or Leeds for client meetings and engagements. You will report to the Business Analyst Lead and collaborate with Project Managers and technology teams

Qualifications

Proven experience delivering complex end-to-end technology, business change and implementation projects.
Experience gathering requirements, process mapping, gap analysis and process improvement.
Experience engaging with stakeholders at all levels to define business requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and priorities within a fast-paced professional environment.
Understanding of software development lifecycles, systems implementations and technology-enabled change.
Excellent communication, facilitation, organisational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Define and deliver high-quality technology and business change projects across the firm.
Gather and document requirements, facilitate workshops, supporting project delivery and change management.
Act as the link between business and technical teams to ensure governance and measurable outcomes.
