Job summary

Wesleyan Group is seeking an experienced Business Analyst for a 12 Month FTC (35 hours/week) with hybrid work in Birmingham or Oswestry. Salary up to £55,000 based on skills and experience.

The role involves delivering change initiatives and BAU projects, bridging between technical teams and senior stakeholders. Key tasks include planning the BA workstream, gathering requirements, refining solutions, and facilitating workshops.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering outcomes across full project lifecycles in Agile/Waterfall
• Engagement with senior stakeholders and sponsors to shape strategy
• Bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Estimate, plan, and scope the BA workstream
• Gather and refine requirements; analyse processes; support pre-project assessment
• Review proposed solutions; flag risks and assumptions; ensure alignment with needs
• Prepare business requirements, process maps, user stories, KPI reports, benefits plans
• Facilitate workshops and planning sessions with stakeholders and SMEs
• Support implementation to deliver measurable business benefits
