Job summary

SOPHiA GENETICS is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager / Customer Success Manager for the UK&I, BeNeLux and Nordics region. This field-based role is remote-friendly, focused on deepening relationships, expanding panel adoption and ensuring continuity from contract signature to implementation.

You will manage UK accounts, collaborate with sales and implementation teams, navigate procurement, and drive revenue growth while maintaining a patient-centered mission across cancer and rare

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in sales or customer account management.
• 3+ years working knowledge of complex genomics, NGS or oncology workflows.
• Ability to map complex accounts and develop stakeholder relationships.
• Experience navigating procurement and tender processes.
• Proactive approach to customer engagement with commercial impact.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships across the UK, Nordics and Benelux.
• Partner with sales to win new customers and own relationships post-signature.
• Drive revenue growth through expansion and pricing negotiations.
• Identify opportunities for additional applications and broader adoption.
• Coordinate with implementation specialists during onboarding and adoption.
