Job summary

Leica Biosystems, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Pathology Solutions Account Manager to drive growth of managed service contracts across the UKI. You will build strategic relationships with NHS pathology networks, influence senior stakeholders, and win end-to-end total solution tenders in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Based within the UKI region, ideally near London with strong transport links, the role offers remote work options and a focus on long-term strategic

Qualifications

Detailed knowledge and understanding of NHS Pathology Networks in England, Scotland, Wales & Ireland.
Strong sales skillset including relationship building with stakeholders at all levels.
Hunter mentality with ability to influence decision-making across stakeholders and drive long‑term strategic contracts.

Responsibilities

Lead and drive growth of LBS managed service contracts within UKI.
Develop and manage large complex total solution opportunities and end‑to‑end tenders.
Support presales activities, tenders, and renewal/extension agreements for MSC customers.
Map and align with consolidation of networks and laboratories across the region while owning a Key Managed Service Account.
Engage with senior leaders and C-suite to promote positive business outcomes.
