Job summary
Stryker is seeking a Staff Implementation Engineer to lead the end-to-end deployment of Vocera communications solutions in customer environments. You will plan, architect, install, configure, and validate systems while coordinating with internal teams and customer staff.
Strong focus on HL7 integration, VOIP, and database concepts is required. The role supports remote work options within the UK with up to travel to customer sites; you will work under the EMEA Regional Manager, Customer
Qualifications
- B.S. in Computer Science or related field or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Plan, architect, install, configure, test, and validate Vocera communications solutions.
- Integrate with external systems (phone, nurse call, EHR, messaging middleware).
- Transfer knowledge to customer staff and train system administrators.
- Troubleshoot and optimize Vocera environments.
- Coordinate with internal teams and communicate project status clearly.
