Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical services or support role
• Experience with Windows Server and Linux operating systems
• Basic wireless networking knowledge and ability to discuss topics with customers
• Exposure to IP-based PBX systems, VoIP and SIP and related networking
• Experience with HL7 integration and third-party system connectors is a plus
• Familiarity with monitoring/configuration tools like Nagios or Zabbix; Ansible a plus
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and security fundamentals; travel up to 60%
• Travel and driving license requirement within the UK

Responsibilities

• Plan, architect, install, configure, test, and validate Vocera solutions
• Integrate Vocera with external systems such as phone, nurse call, EHR, and messaging middleware
• Transfer knowledge to the customer’s technical staff and train system administrators
• Troubleshoot customer environments and optimize the Vocera system performance
• Collaborate with clinical leads to collect workflow requirements and design databases meeting clinical and technical needs
• Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams and communicate project status to stakeholders
