Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support South West England, including Bristol-area customers, with on-site repairs and preventive maintenance of Stryker products. You will deliver technical assistance and documentation to clients and act as a local on-site representative.

The ideal candidate holds an engineering degree in medical electronics or equivalent, is fluent in English, and brings 3+ years of medical electronics experience, plus IT proficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering medical electronics and camera technology or equivalent.
• Fluent spoken and written English in technical/medical contexts.
• Adequate IT knowledge (Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, MFG/Pro, PS3, Outlook).
• Minimum 3 years experience in medical electronics, with hospital environment exposure.

Responsibilities

• Conducts technical analysis of product implementations and enhancements per customer specifications.
• Troubleshoots technical problems and recommends actions for solutions.
• Assesses product needs per customer specifications.
• Conducts technical training and product briefings with customers and vendors.
• Acts as local on-site representative to the customer.
