You will handle phone and email enquiries, produce online content, and help keep advisers informed of regulatory changes. The role offers flexible working and a merit-based progression path.

Qualifications

• Experience in debt advice and producing online resources.
• Ability to simplify complex language for professional advisers.
• Proficient typing and use of Microsoft Office and case management systems.
