Qualifications

• Up to 1 year of experience in Business Process Outsourcing or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to follow reasoning and analytical testing standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data to identify trends or risks in workflows.
• Provide high-quality written and verbal support.
