Job summary

Moneythor is seeking a proactive Solution Engineer to join our client-facing team. You will guide enterprise clients in the region, applying deep JavaScript, HTML, SQL, and web development to customize the Moneythor platform and maximize value.

This is a remote role with a preference for candidates based in London or the UK who are fluent in Spanish. You will collaborate with business development, product, and engineering to identify enhancements, support onboarding, and drive customer success

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a CSM/Solution Engineer or client-facing technical role.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, Java, SQL and web tech.
• Fluent Spanish and strong English communication.
• Ability to work autonomously across multiple client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, operational and technical expertise for Customer Success.
• Address ongoing technical and functional questions for digital banking clients.
• Act as technical go-to person for customer success teams.
• Leverage HTML, JavaScript, Web development, SQL, and Java to customize implementations.
• Advocate for existing and new features to drive adoption and growth.
• Understand client requirements and ensure timely solution delivery.
• Collaborate with BD, product, and engineering in onboarding and retention.
• Provide feedback to the product team and maintain client case records.
• Identify opportunities to extend client relationships and escalate as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the digital banking industry.
