Job summary

Moneythor is seeking a pro-active Solution Engineer with deep JavaScript, HTML, and Web development experience to be the primary contact for our enterprise clients in the region.

This is a remote role with preference for London/UK-based candidates, requiring fluent Spanish and strong English. You will collaborate with business development, product, and engineering to tailor implementations and maximize value from the Moneythor solution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a CSM/Solution Engineer role or client-facing technical analyst.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, Java, SQL, Web and database tech.
• Fluent Spanish and proficient English, able to explain complex tech clearly.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, operational and technical expertise to execute Moneythor’s Customer Success vision.
• Assist digital banking clients with ongoing technical and functional questions.
• Serve as the technical go-to person for the customer success organization.
• Customize client implementations using HTML, JavaScript, Web, SQL and Java.
• Promote existing and new features, driving platform adoption and reference-ability.
• Understand client requirements and ensure timely solution delivery.
