Motorola Solutions UK Limited is seeking a Software Deployment Engineer to join the Guardian Delivery Engineering team. You will provide high-performance delivery and system support across our Guardian Mobile products, bridging customer needs with internal teams.

This role is primarily remote with occasional travel to Leicester offices and customer sites, requiring UK residency for security clearances. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is valued, and you will work to strict SLAs and

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Computing, or an engineering discipline.
• Solid experience in platform management, software support, or deployment within the software industry.
• Ability to obtain NPPV3 and SC security clearance requiring UK residency.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-performance software delivery and technical support in alignment with SLAs and OLAs.
• Take end-to-end technical ownership of deployment issues, investigate root causes and drive resolution.
• Maintain knowledge across Guardian Mobile products, services, and projects.
• Collaborate with development teams to enhance product quality and deployment efficiency.
• Identify and implement operational improvements to streamline deployment workflows and reduce costs.
• Interpret customer requirements to generate reliable technical estimates and execution plans.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers, managers, and development teams.
