Job summary

Motorola Solutions UK Limited seeks a Systems Engineer to own and configure Guardian Mobile deployments for UK blue-light customers. You’ll work across design validation, integration, and go-live, ensuring highly available, secure infrastructure while liaising with customers and internal teams.

The role requires a degree in a relevant field, strong MS Server skills, and the ability to obtain NPPV3/SC clearance, with a focus on Azure, SQL Server, and IIS environments.

Qualifications

• First-Class or 2:1 Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Solid experience with core systems engineering, network security, MS Server, or database management.
• Ability to obtain NPPV3 and SC security clearance requiring UK residency.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end technical configuration and integration of mobile solutions.
• Capture customer requirements and translate into high-availability architecture.
• Ensure infrastructure features align with core product designs.
• Collaborate with customer IT to securely integrate systems.
• Validate high-availability configurations and perform root-cause analysis.
