Job summary
Motorola Solutions UK Limited seeks a Guardian Business Analyst to deploy Guardian Suite for emergency services. The role is primarily remote with travel to customer sites and offices, supporting deployment, documenting requirements, and aligning with product teams to ensure successful Go Live.
The ideal candidate has strong emergency services call-taker/dispatcher experience, proven requirements management, and a background in agile software deployments.
Qualifications
- Strong experience of call taker and dispatch operations in the emergency services.
- Experience of delivering large and complex software solutions to major customers.
- Experience of software deployment to UK bluelight agencies.
- Proven experience in managing requirements.
- Experience of working with virtual teams and remote work.
- Delivery-experience in a delivery-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as operational process SME for customer deployments of Guardian Suite.
- Capture and document customer requirements and acceptance criteria clearly.
- Coordinate with Engineering and Product teams on progress and gaps.
- Support training, testing, and go-live events with customers.
