Job summary

Motorola Solutions UK Limited is seeking a Guardian Business Analyst to join the deployment team. You will work across several emergency services customers to map requirements, capture user stories, and drive successful deployment of Guardian Suite solutions.

The role is primarily remote with up to 50% travel to customer sites and offices. You will coordinate with engineering, product, and service teams, ensuring smooth change control and effective training for end users.

Qualifications

• Strong experience of call taker and dispatch operations in the emergency services.
• Experience of delivering large and complex software solutions to major customers.
• Experience of software deployment to UK bluelight agencies.
• Proven experience in managing requirements.
• Proven experience of working with virtual teams and remote working.
• Must have the ability to obtain NPPV3 security clearance; UK resident for 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Be the deployment team’s principal contact for tracking progress with Engineering and Product teams.
• Capture and document customer requirements and acceptance criteria clearly for deployment and live service.
• Produce and maintain training requirements and coordinate training delivery under the contract.
• Support test events and defect management during deployment.
• Assist with pre-sales proposals and solution design documentation.
