Motorola Solutions is seeking a Software Deployment Engineer in the United Kingdom, offering a hybrid work arrangement with occasional travel to customer sites. You will lead Guardian software deployments from award through go-live, configuring systems and diagnosing issues across on-premises and cloud environments.

Ideal candidates will have a Computing Science/IT background, experience in software deployment, and the ability to obtain UK security clearance.

Qualifications

• Experience in software deployment and system installation.
• Ability to obtain NPPV3 security clearance (UK residency required).
• Familiarity with public safety or mission-critical systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of Guardian software deployments from contract to go-live.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot deployments across client environments.
• Coordinate with IT infrastructure leads and project managers to ensure smooth handover and operational readiness.
• Document deployment designs, network configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
