Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience within a similar support role.
• Experience in a managed services environment.
• SC-200, SC-900 certification beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the SOC Manager, acting as an escalation point.
• Conduct security monitoring and incident handling.
• Perform vulnerability testing and threat hunting.

Knowledge of Sentinel

Experience in Microsoft Defender

Confidence in communicating technical incidents
