HubSpot is seeking a Small Business UKI Account Executive to drive new business in the United Kingdom. You will use outbound selling, run online demos, and close deals for small and mid-sized companies.

Working with marketing and product teams, you will shape sales strategy as new features roll out and build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders. Flexible location options reflect HubSpot's hybrid/remote approach.

Qualifications

• Based in the United Kingdom to be considered for a remote opportunity
• 1 year of Closing Sales experience
• Fluency in English
• Unmatched consultative selling and closing skills
• Accurate forecasting and pipeline management
• Track record of being a high performer (e.g. over quota, President's Club)
• A sharp focus on goals and a strong approach for achieving them

Responsibilities

• Identify challenges and discover the best inbound marketing solutions for their business
• Consistently close new business at or above quota level
• Build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to grow new business
• Collaborate with HubSpot's marketing and technology departments to evolve our sales strategy when new features and products are introduced
• Contribute ideas to HubSpot's mission with your perspectives, ideas, and skills
