Job summary

XPS Group, a UK pensions and investment consultancy, is seeking a SIPP/SSAS Business Development Manager to expand relationships with financial advisers across London and the South. You will promote SIPP, SimplySIPP and SSAS products, build partnerships, and manage a strong pipeline with robust outbound activity.

The role requires senior consultancy experience, excellent networking skills, and the ability to work autonomously within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent understanding of financial adviser market.
• Strong networking and relationship management skills.
• Confident relationship builder with self-motivation and resilience.
• Previous sales experience or similar role.
• Strong presentation and meeting skills.
• Ability to work in a team and meet targets.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and FCA Consumer Duty compliance.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell SIPP, SimplySIPP and SSAS products to financial advisers.
• Build strategic partnerships with DFM providers and platform providers.
• Focus on key accounts like St James Place and Openwork networks.
• Develop marketing materials and communications with minimal sign-off edits.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and CRM with leads and activities.
• Generate reports on monthly activities and learnings.
• Plan outbound calls and inbound sales to grow SSAS/SIPP sales.
• Collaborate with internal SIP teams to deliver high-quality service.
