Qualifications

• Organised, methodical and logical approach to portfolio management and problem solving.
• Good communication, both written and verbal, with clients and advisers.
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously to meet department targets.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all clients.
• Assist SIP consultants with administration for portfolios (valuations, illustrations, contracts notes, updates).
• Process payments (property insurance and invoices).
• Admin for new SIPPs and SSASs; maintain databases and records.
• Ensure quality and adherence to department standards.
• Cover for SIP Finance Team and assist with audits and risk reviews.
