Punter Southall is seeking an experienced Team Leader for Edinburgh to oversee the SIPP and SSAS administration team. You will manage professionals, provide technical support, and drive process improvements to deliver quality client service.

The role requires extensive SIPP/SSAS admin experience, leadership skills, and strong communication. You will work with the CEO to enhance client-centric processes and ensure efficient, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Extensive admin experience in SIPP/SSAS is essential.
• Previous line management/leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in independent trustee environments is an advantage.
• Proficient with MS Excel/Word/Outlook; familiarity with Nitro and Adobe.
• Knowledge of regulated processes under FCA/ HMRC is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team delivering high-quality SIPP/SSAS administration.
• Provide technical support to the team and to clients and advisers.
• Manage line reporting, appraisals, KPIs, and performance reviews.
• Process new business and ongoing servicing to ensure fair outcomes.
• Handle transfers, investments, and beneficiary calculations with accuracy.
• Ensure data integrity in Platinum and iSite platforms and reporting.
