British Gas is seeking a Short-Term Build Analyst to plan and optimise resource allocations across Customer Operations. The role is primarily based from home, with travel to Stockport or Leeds as needed, and supports planning for 1–12 weeks out.

You will produce resource plans, work with multiple stakeholders, and drive efficient, fair customer outcomes while maintaining governance and continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• Strong analytical background with solid numeracy.
• Solid understanding of resource planning principles.
• Experience using eWFM is essential.
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders.
• Great customer service understanding and focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Able to produce clear documents and analyses using PowerPoint and Excel.
• Ability to perform under time pressure and adapt.
• Commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain safe, incident-free work environments.
• Develop resource plans/models to forecast staffing and service levels.
• Lead stakeholder discussions to keep planning inputs up to date.
• Own planning cycles and processes for the plan.
• Translate outputs from forecasting and change into actionable plans.
• Audit workforce management systems and enforce controls.
• Present analysis and recommendations to leadership.
